Discount Tire

If you're looking for a Tire Shop, this is it. Today, this Discount Tire shop bailed me out, and it wasn't their first time helping me. As always, service was done expediently, and very professional as I watched. I used this tire service shop for years but moved further away recently. So today I tried a different tire shop close to home, they gave me a two hour window to get the tires on, after coming back 2 1/2 hours later, I was still on the waiting list. I therefore called this Discount Tire shop and scheduled an appointment. 15 minutes after my car was placed on the rack, which was almost immediately, it was finished. This tire shop has helped me several times. Such as they fixed a flat on a tire that we didn't purchase from them after seeing all the business we had done with them. I should have remained loyal to being with to keep from getting burned earlier today.

I had a flat at my house, they told me to bring it in and they took it after closing time. My husband pulled in and they immediately took care of it for my trip!!! Shoutout to Brady for helping me during this process, very courteous and professional!

Salesman was very knowledgeable about tire sizes and performance. Recommended a larger tire to increase efficiency without spending more money. Going larger provided stability and a better price point with 4 styles to choose from! I recommend discount tire to all my family and friends!

Have only used the College Station location this one time. I had to send my college student for a flat tire. I listened on the phone and Payton was kind and took very good care of my kid. They actually found there was no flat and the pressure sensor was malfunctioning. They reset the sensor, topped off all the tires, put her tire back on and put the spare away and did not charge anything and done in under an hour. I am grateful for their service and will remember it. Great experience,

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire today. I pulled in right at closing time with a flat, fully expecting to come back the next day. Instead, Jared and his team greeted me with friendly attitudes and said they would take care of it. He fixed my tire quickly at no charge, even though they were about to lock up. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Jared turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending this location to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond!
